Forms of Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Cards and Cash payments. Personal checks are not accepted!

Walk In’s

We welcome walk-in guests! However, we do encourage making an appointment. If availability is limited, you may have a long waiting period or need to schedule an appointment for another day.

Personal Items

Salon Beaux Cheveux is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items. We provide capes and robes for guests to wear during color services to protect valuable clothing.

Child Policy

We understand how challenging it can be to find time to spend on yourself. We also know that your “me time” may not always align with your salon appointments. We love children and hope you understand we cannot ensure their safety while in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience for our guests. We ask that children (under the age of 10) do not accompany you for any salon appointment lasting longer than 15 minutes unless accompanied by an additional caregiver. Children must be supervised by their caregiver at all times and may not for any reason be left unattended in the waiting areas. Salon Beaux Cheveux stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guest with the highest level of service possible. In the event your child becomes unruly and disrupts the other clients in the salon, we have the right to ask you and your child to leave. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding with our child policy.

Arrival

All new color clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to complete our new client information sheet. If you think you are going to be late for your scheduled appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time to see how far out they are. If you are later than 15 minutes into your start time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be required to book your next appointment(s) with a credit card. Pets

We love our pets… but you’ll have to leave your four-legged friend at home when you visit us. It is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. If you bring your pet with you to a service, you will be asked to leave them in the car or reschedule your appointment which will result in a cancellation charge. Service animals are an exception, however please let us know in advance as we will have to arrange a time you can have your appointment in a private room or when there are no other clients in the salon.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Salon Beaux Cheveux Team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed more than 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $50.00 and all future appointments must be booked with a credit card.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount and all future appointments must be booked with a credit card.
  • Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of
    appointment time or will result in a charge equal to $50.00 charge and will result in having to book future appointment with a credit card.
  • Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card  “HOLD” transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Salon Beaux Cheveux Teams members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Salon Beaux Cheveux policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Right to Refuse

Salon Beaux Cheveux and its stylists, staff members, and employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Complaint Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, however, if you were not fully satisfied with a service you received from our commission stylists we do have a 72 hours complaint policy. We will offer a complementary fix pending, management approval.

Product Refunds

Unused/unopened retail products may be refunded within 72 hours of purchase. Used products and tools may only be exchanged or credited pending management approval.

Automatic Gratuity

Any service $250.00 and over will be charged an automatic gratuity of 15% of the full service amount.
